Products and suitability

The Exterior Panel Rescue Kit is a consumer vehicle-care product designed for cosmetic dents, scratches, scuffs and related exterior panel marks. Product performance depends on factors such as the vehicle, panel material, paint condition, dent shape, surface access and user technique. Structural damage, damage affecting safe vehicle operation, and areas where substantial paint has been removed require professional repair.

Safe use

Read and follow all supplied instructions. Test surface products on a small hidden area first. Use only controlled heat permitted for the specific surface and vehicle; do not use uncontrolled boiling water or excessive force. Stop if paint cracks, the suction cup slips or the panel shows distress. Autonexx is not responsible for damage caused by use contrary to the supplied instructions, subject always to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Orders, price and payment

Prices are displayed in South African rand. Delivery charges and the full payable amount are shown before checkout is completed. Payment is processed through the available secure payment provider. An order may be cancelled and refunded if payment fails, stock is unavailable, fraud is suspected or an obvious pricing error occurred.

Delivery, returns and refunds

In-stock delivery is estimated at 3–9 business days. Please read the separate shipping policy and returns and refunds policy, which form part of these terms.

Product presentation

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, proportions, included items and packaging accurately. Images identified as presentation concepts illustrate the intended presentation rather than a guaranteed internal layout. Packaging finish and internal presentation may vary, while each order is supplied in a branded black Autonexx box with protective interior packing and all advertised kit components.

Website use and intellectual property

You may use the site for lawful personal shopping. Autonexx branding, original copy and site design may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission. Do not interfere with the site, submit unlawful content or attempt unauthorised access.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by South African law. Nothing in them excludes a protection or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
