How Autonexx collects, uses and protects personal information.Information we collect
We may collect contact, billing, delivery, order, support and device information that you provide or that is generated when you use the store. Payment card information is processed by the checkout payment provider and is not intended to be collected through our contact form.
Why we use it
We use personal information to process and deliver orders, provide support, prevent fraud, meet legal and accounting duties, improve the store and, where permitted, measure or market our services. We send promotional messages only where a lawful basis or valid consent exists, and you can opt out.
Service providers
Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with service providers such as Shopify for ecommerce hosting, Yoco or another displayed provider for payment processing, Aramex or another displayed courier for delivery, and analytics or advertising services enabled on the store. Those providers handle information under their own terms and legal duties.
Cookies and advertising
The site may use necessary cookies and, subject to the available consent controls, analytics and advertising technologies including Meta tools. Browser settings and the store's cookie choices can be used to manage non-essential tracking where available.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose collected, legal obligations, dispute handling and legitimate business records. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete certain personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis. We may need to verify your identity before actioning a request.
